Cafe Manager/ Full-time

We’re looking for a hands-on Cafe Manager who knows how to lead people, keep things running smoothly, and create a great experience for both guests and staff. This role is for someone who’s comfortable in a fast-paced cafe, communicates clearly, and handles challenges calmly and confidently.

What You'll Do

-Lead, coach, and schedule a cafe team in a busy food & beverage environment

-Set clear expectations and give honest feedback while keeping things respectful

-Step in early when issues come up to prevent bigger problems down the road

-Handle team conflicts and guest concerns with empathy and professionalism

-Keep cool under pressure and help de-escalate tense situations

-Manage ordering, inventory, and cost control

-Oversee coffee production, batching, and quality standards

-Improve workflows to make the day run smoother for everyone

-Manage labor, staffing levels, and schedules based on business needs

-Be present on the floor and lead by example

What We’re Looking For

-Experience leading teams in a cafe or fast-paced food & beverage setting

-Strong people skills with the ability to give direct, respectful feedback

-Comfortable handling conflict and tough conversations

-Organized and detail-oriented when it comes to inventory and labor

-Someone who cares about both the team and the guest experience
