Caregiver or CNA needed for home care (private duty)

We are looking for a loving and reliable caregiver for our adult son with disabilities. He is non-ambulatory, non-verbal, is G-J tube fed and has a tracheostomy. We have ceiling lifts for transfers. Day shifts are 7:30 am-6:30 pm, night shifts are 7:00 pm-7:30 am and evening shift is 6:00 pm-9:00 pm. We are in need of any shifts for Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Pay is $20-$25 to start and will be raised based on reliability and performance. Only serious and reliable workers wanted. Urdu/hindi speaking is a plus.
