As the owner of Saigon Sisters Restaurant, a catering administrative assistant will work directly with me as a vital part of the catering and events team, with responsibilities that include:

Communication: Facilitating clear communication between the kitchen and hospitality teams, and addressing inquiries from sales managers to ensure smooth event execution.

Customer Service: Handling customer issues effectively to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Teamwork: Supporting colleagues, sharing key information, and contributing creative ideas to enhance our programs and services.

Menu Preparation: Preparing and typing event menus, place cards, name cards, and table tents.

Key skills that are essential for a catering administrative assistant include knowledge of catering services, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service, attention to detail, effective teamwork, and the ability to work well under pressure.

This role will be closely connected to the operational and strategic goals of Saigon Sisters, providing direct support in executing successful catering and event experiences.
