Description: Job Position Title? Sr Software Engineer Where is the work to be performed? Would be working as part of SkyLab Initiative and working on OCM2.0 Tech Stack Please describe the team the candidate will be working with how many members and what is the break-down of the team's skill sets (ex: 1 PM, 4 Developers, etc.)? Teams are small 1 SM , 1 APO , 4 FSE Dev , 1 SDET What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare-specific background, etc.)? Lead technical discussions on Tech stack of Angular 10 or above, Typescript, Java, Spring boot microservices, Elastic Search, Kafka & any SQL/NoSQL Expert in Angular ,CSS (Foundation or Bootstrap), JavaScript and HTML, with an understanding of CSS preprocessors including Sass and LESS Strong web development skills including HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS and Angular Good understanding of Spring framework including, spring core, spring cloud, spring boot etc. as the cloud native strategy to design and development of the enterprise web applications and microservices Able to lead & resolve the technical discussions with developers in teams Able to do Code Reviews on Daily Basis for Angular10 & Java microservices Active adherence to engineering best practices including unit testing, CI/CD, automated testing, etc. Write JUNIT and front-end test cases and work with SonarQube, Fortify, White Hat Experience delivering applications using componentized and distributed architecture Ensure team is building reusable components, frameworks and libraries which can be leveraged across department Ensure solution and delivery teams follows best practices and improve application performance Familiarity with common software architecture patterns Participate in testing process through test review and analysis and skilled in Agile development methodologies including unit testing and continuous integration Experience in leading / mentoring junior developers Experience delivering technology products in a high growth environment High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results Good communication skills. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or equivalent work experience Total 10 + years of Java/J2EE / Spring / Front Web Development Experience (at least 3 + years of front-end developer experience with Angular 2 to Angular 10 , React etc. ) Full Stack Engineer, Ability to learn, adapt and grow, Business acumen, Time management, Interpersonal skills Fluent in CSS (Foundation or Bootstrap), JavaScript, and HTML, with an understanding of CSS preprocessors including Sass and LESS. Ability to synthesize business, functional requirements, and design solution Ability to communicate and follow up professionally (written and oral) both internally and externally within the organization including documentation of application requirements Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues effectively Experience in healthcare, insurance.
