Job Description

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

• No benefits/insurance offered with this position
• This is a nonunion position
• This is an “as-needed”, intermittent schedule. If we have a need, you will be contacted to come in to work. Sometimes we know our scheduling needs in advance and sometimes you can be called in at the last minute if we have a call-off.
• You must commit to working a minimum of one Saturday and one Sunday per month, in addition to having the availability to pick up additional shifts.
• We require our PRN staff to work a minimum of 2 holiday shifts per year.
• There is no guaranteed number of hours.

Qualifications

• CNA license in IL
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Experience with the short term rehab population
• Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care or PCC)
