Description Our client is a well-established organization operating in a fast-paced, dynamic industry. They are seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist to lead impactful, cross-functional transformation initiatives. This is a confidential search intended to find top talent who can drive successful adoption and manage large-scale change projects in a complex business environment.Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional change projects, programs, or multiple workstreams with high complexity and impact.

Produce and align project charters with business sponsors and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.

Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including readiness assessments, communication plans, training, and implementation roadmaps.

Define milestones, manage deliverables, track progress, and ensure project outcomes align with organizational goals.

Deploy change management tools and frameworks to drive adoption of new behaviors across teams.

Mitigate risks and manage issues with proactive solutions to minimize disruption.

Measure success of adoption and sustainment efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

Perform quality reviews of projects to ensure compliance with established best practices.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in change management, project management, and/or business analysis within a consulting or corporate environment.

Expertise in delivering large-scale change initiatives with proven success in driving adoption and sustainability.

Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation communication skills; strong presentation abilities.

Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing corporate environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience in a global, multi-brand, or retail-oriented organization is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, MIS, or a related field. Certification in project management, change management, or business analysis is a plus
