About this jobThe Client Manager will be responsible for their client's satisfaction and engagement through insightful analysis, actionable recommendations, and proactive thought leadership focused on solving the strategic business needs of their stakeholders. The CM's role will include assisting clients with navigating through complex business challenges by providing insightful and actionable recommendations, contributing to overall client satisfaction and engagement, and developing your knowledge of your client's strategic business needs. You may also have responsibility for leading and developing direct reports.Your success in this role will be driven by four key areas. First, accurately diagnosing and decomposing your client's business issues and successfully providing recommendations and insights will demonstrate your thought leadership and analytical aptitude. Second, you will demonstrate leadership of your client stakeholders by building strong relationships and increasing your knowledge of their strategic goals. Third, you will demonstrate knowledge of NIQ's tools, data assets, and programs. Lastly, you may have responsibility for leading and developing direct reports. All client facing associates are part of the commercial and revenue management process.
