CB Client Onboarding - Technical Implementation Associate - 602Role Summary:The Technical Product Implementation Associate will be responsible for the overall client experience and project management of technical commercial product implementations. This role will contribute expertise to defining new J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Banking solutions in conjunction with Sales, Consulting and Product teams. Manage client solutions from inception to completion within specified timeframes.Job Responsibilities:

Participate in New Hire Training covering the introduction to our onboarding organization, project management tools, end - to - end process flows, and additional resources to help you work smarter

Engage with senior leaders to review our Vision and Strategy

Get to know your partners by attending regular calls to review active implementations

Begin to build your brand and establish valuable relationships

Understand how we implement Mixed payable solutions

Learn how support our clients with file mapping exercises

Gain knowledge & experience in utilizing our l banking tools, shadowing skilled and knowledgeable peers

Ultimately, you'll be expected to own our Client's Technical Onboarding experience, end-to-end. This includes:

Representing us as the client facing, technical contact responsible for a successful end-to-end client experience during complex treasury product implementations with Commercial Banking clients around the world.

Managing client and internal partner expectations with consultative advice regarding technical aspects of treasury solutions including - RFP responses, client presentations and client visits. Scope client requests and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury services.

Use Microsoft Office tools to document scope, meeting agendas and minutes and project plans. Use workflow tool for status updates and document repository.

Manage client and internal partner expectations by establishing timeliness and dependencies with the goal to exceed expectations.

Demonstrate creative problem solving and judgement. Be empowered to escalate when support is needed to remove obstacles to success

Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities:

An appreciation for being a 'keeper of our brand' with 3+ years of applicable experience and a passion for delivering a consistent, stellar client and partner experience

Technical project management experience or experience with complex treasury implementations and comfort in a fast paced, dynamic client-facing environment

Ability to clearly communicate, partner and influence - leading others to a common goal

Exhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established SLA

Comfort in using technology such as WebEx, Zoom and other collaboration tools for enhanced client discussions

Microsoft Office Suite experience and project Management, Payments and Receivables experience or eagerness to learn

Technical Consulting or business analysis experience in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), systems integration or Application Programming Interface (API) space

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

Passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends

Technical client consulting experience to support technical roles

BA/BS degree
