Position: Clinical Analyst (Healthcare) - Remote Location: CA and Chicago, IL (Remote to start) Interview Type: Phone & Skype Visa Type: Only Citizen, GC-EAD, H1B, -EAD, TN-Visa and Strong OPT. Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description Seeking experienced Clinical expert to assist with a broad range of provider and patient application development including new implementations, assessments, system integration, application support, and reporting. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Defines functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system.
• Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
• Partners with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction.
• In depth knowledge of tools utilized.
• Defines detail design components with high level architecture blueprints.
• Coordinates integration activities to ensure successful implementation. Ensures effective monitoring of systems.
• Defines development strategy, standards and support tools. Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.
• Serves as technical and subject matter expert on EMR Application.
• Responsibilities may also include serving as an expert in data analysis, reporting and formulating recommendations and providing guidance to analysts and development team
• Partners with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction.
• Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.
• Guides discussion through the evaluation of current state processes. Performs analysis to define opportunities to create improved future state workflows/solutions (end-to-end process flow development)
• Strong analytical, organizational, presentation and problem solving skills.
• Customer consulting experience a plus.

• Requires BA/BS in information systems or related field; 8 or more years' related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Prior 2 year's clinical healthcare experience required
• Current license to practice as a nurse practitioner preferred
