Client: Business Consulting and ServicesPosition: Cloud and Network EngineerLocation: Hybrid (Chicago, IL; Warrenville, IL; Philadelphia, PA; Natick, MA)Duration: Full Time (Permanent)Description:Client is currently seeking a Cloud and Network Engineer to join the Information Technology team, reporting to the Head of Cloud and Networking.You will design, implement, document, and provide systems and operational management for Client’s global network infrastructure, and compute service presence across one or multiple cloud providers, including AWS and Azure.As the Cloud and Network Engineer you will ensure that the firm’s network and systems adopt security, governance, cost management and performance best practices.Your responsibilities will include:Planning, implementation and ongoing management of Client’s global network which includes SDWAN, security devices and services, network admission control / zero trust networking, core and branch switching, and wireless technologies for client access and network backhaul.Planning and supporting Client’s ongoing transition to a hybrid-cloud environment.Teaming with the Information Security group to ensure that security, privacy, and governance requirements are met.Skills and Qualifications:10+ years of IT experience with a broad background in IT infrastructure.5+ years in a lead architecture role.Proven success designing IT solutions to meet the business requirements.
