Role: Cloud Security Engineer Exp: 12+yrs Location : Work From Home -Chicago, ILBroad set of technology skills – DEVSECOPS – Development, Security and OperationsAWS Certificate Required • Possess clear understanding of security protocols and standards and has experience with software and security architectures• Experience implementing the AWS Security EPICs working with AWS Cloud native security services• High proficiency working with AWS Command Line Interface (CLI), Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), CloudFormation (CF) & Terraform templates, Windows & Linux environments, and the AWS Management Console.• Experienced with at least two technology language (e.g., Java, Javascript, NodeJS, Golang, Python)• Should be very familiar with writing Lambda functions to perform prevent, detect, respond and remediate actions• Direct experience with Security Services in AWS (e.g., IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, AWS Firewall Manager, WAF, Guard Duty and SCPs)• Direct experience with Network Services in AWS (VPC, Route Table, Security Groups, Transit Gateway, Private Link, VPC Interface Endpoint)• Direct experience with Management Services (e.g., CloudWatch, Lambda, AWS Config, Security Hub)• Good understanding of PKI, Certificate Management, DNS, experience writing Infrastructure-as-code for AWS ACM, PCA, Route53, CloudFront, Lambda@Edge integrating with other services like Okta, solid understanding of IP Addressing/subnetting/CIDR; firewall rules development• Direct experience with Infrastructure and Platform Services (e.g., EC2, RDS)• Knowledge of and skill with Docker, ECS, Kubernetes, and Container Security• Experience with IT Security Frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO27001, PCI, DSS)ThanksKarthik | 240- 428- 4048karthikg(at)softpathtech(dot)com
