Your Responsibilities:

As a
Cloud Software Engineer, you will be tasked with
performing software development for
AWS and Azure Cloud Platforms.

In addition, you will;

Operate within an
Agile team and participate in all aspects of the team’s work.
Work within established guidelines such as
coding standards, workflow, or tool standards.
Provide technical guidance and coaching to other team members.
Considered an expert within the team on tools and technology in use.
Work with junior members of the team by pairing, coaching and reviewing.
Provide input into the product development strategy and roadmap.

What Skills You Need:

5 or more years of experience in
application software development, database and data management.
3 or more years of proven experience working with
software design.
2 or more years of experience with
Agile development processes including:
Test Driven Development and/or Test Automation.
2 or more years of experience with
infrastructure-as-code, automation, troubleshooting and
root cause analysis.
2 or more years of experience leveraging
DevSecOps and lean development principles such as
Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
2 or more years of experience working with
Amazon Web Services (
AWS) or
Microsoft Azure platform technologies.

What Makes You Stand Out

5 or more years of experience with
Java development of Rest APIs.
3 or more years of experience with
Python development.
Experience with communicating technical decisions and their rationales to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work with
cloud databases and complex environments requiring high performance and scalability.

Education:Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering.
