Must be able to setup, troubleshoot, and inspect parts.2nd shift 4 openings, a couple of years of experience minimumCNC 5 axis Hurco Mill Machinist - unlimited overtime, 2nd shift CNC Lathe programmer/setup person with experience on Mazak Multi-axis lathe. 1st shift Urgent Roles:1st Shift- CNC Hurco Mill Programmer/Set-up/Operator2nd Shift CNC Hurco- 3 and 5 Axis Mill2nd shift Mazak or Hurco machinists RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience with CNC Lathe/Mill including set-up. operation & offsets
- Perform quality checks on parts and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate general machine shop equipment
- Read blue prints (both standard and metric)
- Previous experience in use of precision measuring instruments and the application of such instruments. Instruments should include but not limited to calipers, micrometers, depth gages, indicators and scales used in machine shop/manufacturing.
- Hurco machine experience is a plus
- Minimum 3 years exp. setting up or operating
