Location : Prefer IL (Open to Iowa, Tulsa-Ok, Knoxville)Duration : 5 Months (Possibility to Convert into FT) The purpose of this role is to provide support communications support to Enterprise Communications projects/activities as well as CSR program work. This will allow bandwidth for the team to focus on strategic initiatives and partnerships. Top skills:-1-2 years of Corporate Social Responsibility experience (can even be intern experience)-Familiarity with YourCause, Grantsconnect, Blackbaud and Tableau reporting highly desired, or willingness to self-train and learn the tool (ability to create and pull ad hoc reports)-Attention to detail-Self-starter-Ability to ask questions-Excellent communication skills both written and verbally-Professionalism and ability to work with all levels of employeesThis person will manage the administrative aspects of this program Manage the communications inbox and interface with those customers.Review and approve Volunteer Associate Match ProgramThis person will also create process documents for the team / manage content calendarWork with Social media and internal communications teamsPost on Ambassador App The role will focus on the following:Enterprise Communications Activities (60% of time)• connectUS newslettero Build the weekly connectUS newsletter in Bananatag platform by working with Enterprise communications team on final contento Own the reviews and approval processo Ensure weekly timely distribution to associates• Ad hoc email requestso Be the main point person to create and send ad hoc emails that are distributed through the Bananatag platform• Communications consulting/requestso Partner with various groups within the business on ad hoc requestsCSR Activities (40% of time)• Vendor Worko Manage associate match program submissionso Manage Cause Card uploads and trackingo Create events as needed and manage registrationo Track volunteer hours recordedo Own reporting and analytics for the programs listed above• Nonprofit worko Partner with CSR Manager on managing relationships with nonprofit partners and associate Ambassadors/Captainso Partner with CSR Manager on strategic internal events such as Engineering Week and Holidayso Own reporting metrics, payments, supply drives and in-kind donations Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not mandatory• 1-3 years Communications experience• Excellent writing and organization skills with keen attention to detail• Excellence in Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Teams, Forms, OneDrive, etc)• Familiarity with YourCause, Grantsconnect, Blackbaud and Tableau reporting highly desired
