Our client, a leading financial company is hiring a Conference Operator I on a contract basis.
Work Location: Chicago, IL - 100% on site.Summary: You will provide administrative support to our business units dedicated to consulting services in various global industries. You'll support global units by organizing and maintaining high-quality knowledge content conveniently available through various digital channels. You will also work with new knowledge tools and process improvements. Having passion for data and numbers, you will ensure that the key activity metrics are cultivated and made accessible to internal stakeholders on a regular basis. You will support and track operations and run reports. This variety of responsibilities is rounded up by occasional event support for internal and external conferences and round tables. You will leverage your excellent organizational skills and experience managing complex projects and have the opportunity to collaborate with others in a vibrant and international work environment in which you can grow and develop your talents.
