Construction Estimator

Job description

Skilled and experienced construction estimator to join our growing team. Assist our team with proposals, cost estimates and detailed takeoffs for construction projects. This position requires an individual who has experience in construction estimation

Responsibilities

Able to read blueprints

Visit construction sites to obtain necessary information for bidding the project.

Calculate construction materials, product costs, labor, and time to estimate overall cost for construction projects.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations

Attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and construction estimating software (Bluebeam)

Candidate should be able to manage detailed takeoffs, handle preconstruction paperwork, and attend bid meetings and do site visits if necessary. This is not a remote job. Hours are 830-5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,407.11 - $70,000.00 per year
