Job DescriptionAn employer is looking to identify a Construction PM in the Chicago market. As a Construction Project Manager you are responsible for supervising and coordinating multiple projects for multiple clients to complete the work on time, within budget, and to the quality specified, to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Value of projects typically $150k - $5M+. Manage all areas of project management for construction projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases. Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan, schedule with milestones, quality control, and risk identification.Possess a complete understanding of the owner contract, subcontracts, leases & work letters.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
