• Writing, editing, proofreading, and organizing content
• Schedule and lead meetings and handle communications with subject matter experts (SMEs), including ongoing content updates, as well as project-related responses
• Support RUSH projects requiring deadline-driven research, writing, and editing to support the proposal team
• Develop and write targeted content that highlights key selling points as well as corporate initiatives
• Assist with management of exhibits and collateral materials in support of RFP responses
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously often under tight timeframes and with little direction
• Provide assistance with other Sales Enablement projects as needed
