Customer service/bookkeeper Part-time-Local

Micosa International Foods is 40-year-old Food Broker company looking for a part time-customer service/bookkeeper.

This is an in-office position in Arlington Heights with approximately 25 to 30 hours per week during normal weekday business hours.

We are looking for a friendly detailed person who enjoys a small office atmosphere.

The right person should have good phone and email skills.

Candidate should have some basic bookkeeping experience.

Quickbooks or similar experience and know MS Excel and MS Outlook is a plus.

Duties include data entry, reconciliation of business accounts, a/c payables, a/c receivables.

A self-starter is preferred but would consider training the right person.
