We are a well-established jewelry manufacturer located in the Loop, seeking a full-time Customer Support Coordinator to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a quiet, happy office environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent phone support
Process and manage incoming orders with accuracy and efficiency
Assist with sales inquiries and provide product information
Handle administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional interactions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer support, office administration, or sales is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
A positive and helpful attitude
