Data Center Support Engineer

Sentinel is seeking a Data Center Engineer to join our team. The Data Center Engineer will support, administer and consult the core infrastructure of the business. In this position, you will need to identify, troubleshoot, escalate and communicate customer issues and resolutions as a member of our support services team. In addition, this role will be specializing and focusing on Data Center support.

• 3-5 years of hands on experience working in a Data Center with VMWare, Microsoft, O365, Exchange and storage experience (NetApp or Dell EMC)
• Strong experience in Windows Server technologies
• Must have experience with Active Directory
• Microsoft, Cisco and/or storage certifications such as MCSE or CCNP is preferred
• Experience with Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Excellent communication skills
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
