Key Qualifications:
  • Experienced with data migration, transformation, and conversion activities.
  • Able to identify data validation strategy for data conversion and migration
  • Ensure all teams have test data identified and procured
  • Work with enterprise test data teams and vendors to ensure test data is available
  • Participate in all end to end and mock cycles for data validation.
  • Help in identifying the following from a data perspective:
    • Data flow
    • Perf Test, Mock test requirements
    • Scalability & Resiliency requirements
  • Interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
  • Facilitates discussions and follows a structured approach to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage data requirements with stakeholders.
  • Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post[1]secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.
  • Collaboration & team skills - In depth.
  • Experience with Banks/financial institutions
  • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems
  • Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.
  • Ability to support User Acceptance testing

Must Have Skills/Tech Stack:
  • Experienced with any of these Mongo DB, Netezza, Hadoop is preferable.
  • Proficient in shell scripting and SQL
  • Understanding of Mainframe applications and navigation
  • Ability to understand data mapping, transformation, and migration protocols

  • Builds exceptional relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyzes data and creates documents and plans in service of informing, advising, or updating stakeholders.
  • Participates in reviews or inspections, in collaboration with the project team, to ensure the quality of work products.
