Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the insurance industry, based in Quincy, Massachusetts. The role involves processing and organizing data with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. This is a hands-on role requiring proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail.Responsibilities: Efficiently entering handwritten data into an electronic file system. Handling repetitive data entry tasks with a high level of attention to detail. Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, for data processing and management. Maintaining organized files to ensure accurate record keeping. Handling email correspondence as part of data management tasks. Ensuring data accuracy in all tasks, from typing to organizing files. Requirements Must possess strong data entry skills, with emphasis on speed and accuracy. Proficiency in email correspondence, able to handle and respond to various inquiries professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, able to create and manage spreadsheets effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, able to draft and edit documents with accuracy. Excellent file organization skills, capable of maintaining digital and physical records systematically. Strong typing skills, able to input data quickly and accurately.
