Become a Data Migration Analyst - opportunity to work with a world-leading financial services organization - Full Time Want to use your Computer Science , Engineering , Information Systems experience and skills an exciting new sector of IT and Engineering , or interested in thriving as a Data Migration Analyst ?Who are we looking for : Ideally looking for level 2 talent (2-5 years of prior experience), the team is also interested in level 3 talent (5+ years of prior experience.) Individuals with a Data Migration/Analyst background - Ability to coordinate & support client teams in data cleansing (manually scrubbing or filling out data scrubbing files for the data remediation & migration) Nice to have - experience working with implementation teams (e.g. WM team implementing SFDC Sales Cloud) either as a client/user an implementation team was delivering to or as a part of the actual delivery team Strong communication skills, comfortable being client facing or working directly with stakeholders. Ability to work autonomously in a data migration environment (i.e. take next action, based on data results, without waiting to be instructed.) Technical Expertise : Technical expectations: must be able to write SQL code, run SQL scripts, update SQL queries, process/re-process results, data map, data cleanse, run unit tests. Experience working with ETL tools or Excel as ETL, comfortable with large data sets. Experience working with cross functional teams (including those who do not understand backend processes.) Previous experience with and knowledge of how to operate in an Agile delivery model. Experience working with basic Microsoft Suite tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, i.e.) Experience working with Salesforce or other CRMs and/or ERP is very nice to have. Industry Experience: Experience working in a Sales Org environment and/or banking, healthcare or high tech/software industry experience is nice to have. The opportunityOver 8 weeks, we'll provide you with the initial training you'll need to get you up to speed up as a Salesforce admin , and support you to gain your industry certifications as a Salesforce Admin , Customer Data Migration Analyst and Data Migration Tech Experts.
