This contract role as a Database Administrator in Naperville, IL is responsible supporting Palo s Cortex XDR in an enterprise environment for servers (both windows and Linux/Unix) and Mac OS. The position is remote but candidates will need to be in Chicago/Naperville or Richardson in case they need to come onsite and will need to have their own computer. Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, migration from one version to other and day-to-day management of XDR
• Troubleshooting and tuning of XDR

• Experience in supporting Palo s Cortex XDR in an enterprise environment for servers (both windows and Linux/unix) and Mac OS.
• Understanding of Windows operating systems, active directory, group policy objects (GPO)
• Experience working with Symantec EDR
