Vaco Technology is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Analyst for a manufacturing client in Princeton, IL. for a 6-month contract position paying between $24-28/hr. . There is a possibility of a contract extension or the consultant going permanent after the initial 6 months contract is complete.This is an ONSITE IT Support role in a manufacturing environment where you will be supporting the client's internal employees who are using Windows 10 and Office 365. You will have some Active Directory/Exchange responsibilities, some systems administration, and daily desktop support duties(resetting printers, passwords, etc). Requirements include:- Minimum 3 years of desktop support experience (not just phone IT support)
- Experience supporting Windows 10 and Office 365 (O365)
- Active Directory experience (adding/deleting users, group policy)
- Imaging experience (SCCM, Ghost, PWE, etc)
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred (Zebra printers, RF scanners, etc)
- Experience with Shell scripting or troubleshooting PL/SQL (Oracle) or Java code is highly desired
- Great customer service skills and attention to detail is highly desired
