Title: Desktop Technician/AEI Support AnalystLocation: North Chicago, Illinois, 60064Duration: 12 months +Rate: $28/hr on W2

Description:

Responsibilities:
  • AEI Support Analyst to provide General IT support (desktop, printers, display, Headphones, network, chrome, teams, PC troubleshooting etc.)
  • Serve as first point of contact (Level 1) for any type of IT related issues faced by AEI agents or business users and perform troubleshooting.
  • Proactively monitor incidents and requests, perform troubleshooting, assess and route to appropriate group/s.
  • Proactively follow-up and partner with various teams to investigate and diagnose to ensure incidents are resolved in timely manner.
  • Provide advisory and incidents updates to support teams and management via various channels; E-mails, teams group chat etc.
  • Expected to work in shifts 7AM to 4PM or late shift 10AM to 7PM.
  • Create, publish, and communicate knowledge articles

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience
  • Excellent Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • 2-3 years of Experience as a Desktop Technician or Engineer.
  • Intermediate knowledge of infrastructure, network and server systems.
  • 1-2 years of Experience in the use of ServiceNow.
  • Excellent customer service, written and oral English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, JIRA/Agile and documentation practices.
