Job - Diagnostics DeveloperLocation- Lisle IL Day 1 Onsite Position : Long Term Contract OR Full TimePosition overviewThis is a cross functional role that works with Application developers, Engineering, Diagnostics, and service procedure development teams to understand needs and support development and maintenance.Responsibilities1. Supports application development to incorporate customer facing information that aids troubleshooting and repair using step by step procedures 2. Investigates application issues reported from field/tech support case files to aid root cause and work with IT for resolution3. Provides technical support to field test fleet and support personnel who are diagnosing product issues4. Position purposeThe purpose of this role is to support the growing development activities within Electronic Service Tool team by learning, supporting, and developing application software that aids diagnosing vehicle issues.
