Digital Analytics Strategist

We have a

• Work closely with Product Managers and business leads to understand key questions, business objectives, priority customer journeys, and other data and reporting needs
• Define strategic business (what) and technical (how) requirements for measuring new features across the digital platforms (i.e., web and app)
• Prioritize and track progress of enhancements and bugs in JIRA
• Work closely with QA to ensure strong data integrity
• Partner closely with Product Owners and UX/UI to review new user experiences and understand PI plan/timelines
• Actively participate in cross-functional working sessions to identify, communicate, and resolve data capture issues
• Work cross-functionally to standardize marketing tags & input them in Ulta’s tag management systems

• Experience with building measurement plans and an understanding of digital analytics tools (i.e., Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics)
• Understanding of debugging and automation testing tools and methods
• General understanding of tag management systems (i.e., Tealium iQ and Google Tag Manager)
• General understanding of event-driven data layer and client-side tracking concepts
