Description Are you a results-driven Marketing Manager with a passion for strategic planning and team leadership? Robert Half is currently seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our client's team in Chicago, IL. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, attract new customers, and foster customer loyalty.Key responsibilities

Craft promotional marketing content and reconcile the needs of marketing programs with public relations events

Help lay the groundwork for short- and long-term marketing plans and strategies

Create and promote product marketing campaigns and promotional communications objectives

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's objectives and target audience.

Oversee the creation of engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors' activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive marketing efforts.

Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.

Analyze marketing campaign performance using metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness.

Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies.

Present marketing strategies and campaign results to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

Requirements

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in a relevant industry.

Strong track record of successful marketing campaign planning and execution.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Proficiency in marketing tools and software.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Google Analytics experience

Well-founded grasp of Brand Awareness

Comprehensive knowledge of CRM

Facebook and Social Media Insights experience preferred

Practical knowledge of Campaign Planning

Proven knowledge of advertisements

5+ years of marketing experience

Relevant experience that includes prior work with administration and execution of electronic direct marketing campaigns, including analytics and database management
