- The Digital Project Manager will support the mobile marketing team by managing mobile channel operations, processes & governances.
- Support work that creates compliance with channel controls & adhere to compliance and governance requirements
- Support operational processes and reporting for the mobile channel campaign work including: intake for strategy, prioritization, development and execution.
- Lead work for performance tracking and auditing purposes as it relates to mobile text & PUSH channels
- Accountable for running cross functional forums & work: Process Control Assessment for mobile communication channel – PUSH & new! Center of Excellence
- Document processes & progress, collate findings/risks/gaps within formal control assessment process evaluation. Lead reviews and escalate roadblocks while partnering with key stakeholders: business risk, legal, technical and compliance SME’s
- Intake requests, identify key stakeholders and progress ideation to measurement across the 4 pillars of Mobile Center of Excellence. Utilize and improve upon existing tools and measurement
- Track and maintain project while ensuring follow-up of activity are completed
- Represent mobile channel needs in multi-channel forums for intake, monitoring and performance measurement – DCM and other cross functional forums
- In addition to experience in the above areas, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and project management skills, including persistent follow-up and the ability to work independently.
- He/She will have experience collaborating with mobile campaign managers as well as shared services, business legal, compliance, risk & technical (IT) teams .
- Skills and experience should also indicate the candidate takes initiative and can manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years experience working as a digital project manager in a corporate setting or an agency
- Advanced understanding of branding in a B2B/B2B2C environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (required), Workfront, Service Now and Jira (helpful) Prior experience managing direct channels, preferably for a large company • General knowledge of direct marketing operations
- Maintains a positive attitude and provides superior customer support
- Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented and able to manage multiple requests and competing priorities
- Mastery of time management, project management and strong communications skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in the financial services, hospitality, travel industry or eCommerce a plus. MUST BE COMFORTABLE ON A PC
- Someone who has run multi-team forums and projects.
- Understand direct marketing channels.
- Has experience with providing business support for executing programs/communications. Can work independently and has solid communications skills
