- Assessing stakeholder groups, change impacts, and organizational readiness.
- Helping users and stakeholders understand how the transformation will impact the way they work and coaching teams through the journey.
- Designing learning strategies to integrate continuous learning into the day-to-day lives of employees. Managing vendors to facilitate required learning.
- Developing stakeholder engagement materials to drive adoption and sustainability of change.
- Developing, recruiting, and managing the change agent network.
- Analyzing and reporting on relevant change metrics for key initiatives.
- Attending working sessions with the change agents, leadership team, and other external stakeholders to ensure alignment and deep understanding of initiatives and drive a consistent change network.
- Driving adoption of standards and methods from the HR organizational change management and HR learning & development teams.
- Implementing change management tools, processes, and standards; coaching IT leaders on their usage.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of creating training and communications deliverables / change management experience
- Master’s degree and 2 years of creating training and communications deliverables/ change management experience
- At least 6 years of creating training and communications deliverables / change management experience
- Self-starter
- Exceptionally strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to work effectively with teams in a highly matrixed organization to deliver results.
- Ability to set priorities, multitask and meet deadlines.
- Motivated to achieve high standards and dedicated to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience taking complex technical information and simplifying it for a non-technical audience.
- Experience building training, communications, or campaign deliverables with consistent messaging for a variety of audiences, channels, and formats.
- Experience in communications, leadership development, organizational psychology, marketing research, innovation, or organizational change management
