If you are a self-starter who collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, manages bank relationships, and drives business requirements in a multitude of geographies, come join us as we build a best-in-class Treasury organization at NIQ! This role will be responsible for managing a multi-currency/multi-national notional cash pool, supporting M&A related integration work, and overseeing liquidity operations in Europe. The successful candidate should be knowledgeable in liquidity management solutions, banking services, and the current Treasury technology landscape. The ideal candidate should also have a proven track of performing under pressure and a strong background managing global cash for a complex organization with an expansive geographical footprint. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage foreign cash with international tax, accounting, and legal input to efficiently use offshore balances and ensure all foreign operations are funded in the most efficient manner possible  Partner with senior Treasury leadership to define EMEA banking strategy to maximize return on excess cash and mitigate financial, operational, counterparty, and country specific risks Coordinate and lead weekly international cash balance review identifying non-functional cash exposures and internal funding requirements  Direct global investments for both pooled and non-pooled excess cash balances Manage and minimize country risk in high-risk countries and structure solutions to mitigate risk and reduce currency balances. Evaluate opportunities to optimize cash visibility, automate treasury functions, and increase internal controls Lead M&A integration efforts in partnership with corporate development, technical accounting, systems, and finance stakeholders Act as system administrator for treasury-controlled banking platforms Support ad hoc requests and projects  A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU You are a subject matter expert on treasury-related topics with a constant focus on process improvement and creating efficiencies through technology.
