We are a dynamic high-performing team and we are looking for new members who will bring excellent judgment, pragmatism, optimism, humility and a sense of humor to our mix.The Director, Workforce Representation will develop, direct, implement and evaluate strategies and programs related to workforce representation, including recruitment, selection, and retention of associates, Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, and workplace diversity.This role is Blended in Rosemont, IL. The work is a combination of onsite in Rosemont and work from home days as defined by the role segmentation.​ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :Develop and implement policies, programs, procedures, and plans to ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity and nondiscrimination provisions of government legislation and the organization’s workplace diversity, affirmative action and equal employment opportunity initiatives.

Define workforce measurements and tracking systems to effectively track placement, promotion, retention, and career development plans for underrepresented groups.Prepare trends analysis regarding recruitment, retention, and development of associates from different backgrounds.

Oversee analysis of data such as applicant flow, hiring, terminations, promotions, salaries, training, transfers, accommodation requests, and complaints for required government reporting and internal monitoring purposes.

Oversee annual Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) preparation, dissemination, and implementation, as well as annual EEO1 and Vet 100 reporting.

Collaborate with HR and Legal to develop and implement programs, plans, policies, and procedures for associate recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, testing, and selection) and job placement and for associate performance appraisal, promotion, and career development. Recommend improvements to ensure compliance with diversity issues and EEO regulations.

Facilitate development and delivery of training programs in the areas of affirmative action, equal employment, and non-discrimination policies and requirements. Develop and deliver communication materials to ensure that compliance guidelines are met.

Consult with and counsel management and HR staff to ensure that other policies, programs, and procedures comply with equal opportunity legal provisions and support the organizations affirmative action initiatives.

Oversee OFCCP compliance reviews, manage relationship with OFCCP officials and internal and external legal counsel.

Develop and maintain contacts with external organizations representing minority, female and other protected class populations and interests to give USF entrée into untraditional talent pools for placement at all levels for both experienced and entry level hires.

QUALIFICATIONS :Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in related field required, Master’s Degree preferred.Related Experience: Minimum 7 years experience in Affirmative Action and EEO compliance, experience with OFFCP audits strongly preferred.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Expertise in Affirmative Action Plan preparation, OFCCP compliance evaluations, EEO regulations (FMLA, ADA, VEVRAA, ADEA, Title VII), and workplace diversity programs. Statistical analysis, cohort analysis, compensation analysis and regression analyses.
