Director/Sr Director level ( Technical Java Side) Full Time Remote

Title: Director/Sr Director level ( Technical Java Side) Location: Dayton, OH or Cincinnati OH ( Local Only) Salary: $150K + Benefits ( flexible Little bit) Summary We are looking for a senior IT professional for a large Banking client to manage 100 onsite team and co-ordinating with offshore working for across multiple agile/non-agile projects. The person would need to be a dynamic individual with ability to lead the technical teams from the front by engaging the internal portfolio leaders and their counterparts at the client side. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong engagement experience, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of Banking industry and software development best practice processes. Skills Description

• Senior IT professional with experience of running large teams (atleast 250+ with $15-20M budget)
• Stakeholder management at SVP and VP levels working with both IT and Business
• Experience in Banking domain leading teams across service lines and technologies
• 5-8 years of hands on experience in development preferably in Java technologies like Microservices/Springboot
• Excellent knowledge on Agile Software Development methodology
• Expertise in data security and data governance from banking perspectives
• Experience in growing business through supporting sales and customer connects

• Overall Experience: 15+ Years (Associate Prog Dir/Dir)
• Program Management: 5+ years (Required)
• Track record of delivery improvements/cost reduction

• Manage information technology software development teams across cross-shore model
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate software development operations in day-to-day basis
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
• Works with various customer leaders on future planning of the projects and mitigate any risk as arise
• Works with client stakeholders on yearly budgeting and monthly invoice processes
• Manage and tracking of daily/weekly/monthly governance metrics to adhere to various SLA parameters
• Reporting the project and portfolio health to customer and organization stakeholders
• Drive y-o-y cost reduction and profitable growth targets

• Minimum Bachelor's Required
• PMP / management degree (Preferred)
