What We’re Looking For:

Demonstrated experience as a dispatcher or in a similar position

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Capability to handle multiple tasks under pressure

A collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude

Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times

Comfortable using computers, dispatch software, and office systems

Familiarity with the City of Tacoma and its surrounding areas

Responsibilities:

Efficiently coordinate and dispatch drivers or field staff

Ensure clear and timely communication with customers and team members

Monitor schedules, routes, and adapt to changing priorities

Professionally handle incoming calls and emails

Maintain accurate logs and documentation
