Dispatcher Needed / Customer Service Skills

We are seeking an individual with great communication skills to train to become a Tow Truck Dispatcher who will help keep our dedicated company drivers on the move! As a dispatcher, you will play a vital role in coordinating towing operations, ensuring prompt response times, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and prioritize incoming service calls from customers and law enforcement agencies

Dispatch tow truck drivers to service locations efficiently and accurately

Monitor the status of active calls and provide updates to customers as needed

Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers using phone, radio, and dispatch software

Document service details, vehicle information, and call outcomes in company records

Assist with scheduling, routing, and coordinating vehicle recovery operations

Handle roadside emergency situations calmly and effectively

Enter data into our system, keep clean files, and provide check-out services to customers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Prior dispatching experience is preferred (towing, transportation, or emergency services) but will consider applicants without experience.

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficient with computers and dispatching software

Excellent customer service skills

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays will provide you an opportunity to earn additional income

Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay: Starting at 16-$18/hr, Estimated: 36-$40K /yr
