Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch 8-12 trucks efficiently using industry-leading load boards and brokers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and shippers for smooth operations.

Book freight on the spot market while adhering to Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.

Negotiate rates and terms with an emphasis on profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven dry van, reefer or stepdeck trailers.

Proficiency in ProTransport, DAT, and Truck Stop platforms.

Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the freight industry.

Bonus for existing customer base and leads for owner-operators.
