Dispatcher/ scheduler wanted

About us:

We are a fully licensed, bonded & insured residential/ commercial maintenance & plumbing company. We offer 24 hour/ 365 service, and service the Chicagoland & Indiana area. We specialize in tenant occupancy, emergency services & facility maintenance.

Services offered:

Residential/ Commercial:

Plumbing: anything from minor to major repairs: backups, (rod outs, hydro jetting, camera inspection), toilets, water heaters, ejector/ sump pumps, shower valve/ cartridge replacements, faucets, water & sewer repair, re-pipe, upgrades, code violations, leaks, etc.

General maintenance: board ups, flashing/ aluminum fascia, residential & commercial doors (repair & replacement), door frames, fire escape doors, detex alarms/ keypad entry door locks, push/ panic bars, door closures, hinges, painting, drywall repair, floor/ ceiling tile replacement, brush removal, gutter cleaning, gate enclosures, fences, pressure washing, graffiti removal, dock bumpers, bulb replacement.

We currently are looking for a candidate that possesses but not limited to the following:

- Must be able to communicate clearly, show professionalism, multi-task, & prioritize.

- Must pass a background check

- Reliable

- Pay based on experience

- Must be within a 15-mile radius of Yorkville, & have availability M-F 10-6pm

Job Duties:

- Answering calls

- Setting up work orders

- Scheduling/ routing calls

- Updating customers
