- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, MIS or related degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience building scalable web-based applications on Microsoft stack.
- 7+ years of experience in .Net core or .Net Framework, , MVC, C#, Entity framework core
- 5+ years of experience working with SQL Server including stored procedures, triggers, database design, performance tuning.
- 3+ years of SSIS/SSRS
- REST services, Authentication and Authorization.
- Azure MS SQL Server, Web apps, Functions, Storage.
- Azure Dev Ops CI/CD
- Ability to lead a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new things.
- Extensive understanding of computer science fundamentals.
- Knowledge of design patterns and their use.
- Strong background in object-oriented programming and design principle.
- Ability to multi-task in a team-oriented environment.
- Thorough understanding of Entity Framework Core and LINQ or similar ORM.
- Passion for technology and ability to learn and evaluate new tools, concepts, and challenges quickly.
- Agile/Scrum experience a plus.
- Knowledge of database design, stored procedures, etc.
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate industry
- Experience with Financial/ERP related system
- Experience with Revenue Management/Invoicing applications
- Experience upgrading/converting legacy .Net application to modern architecture using API services and UI framework like Angular/React
- Working knowledge of Testing frameworks
