The eCommerce Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Company's electronic commerce strategy, managing its integrated company and distributor platforms, and expanding its digital footprint in alignment with the strategic goals of the Company's Industrial Aftermarket. This position is responsible for maximizing leads and optimizing lead generation techniques. Successful candidates will be able to generate incremental revenue and profit returns by creating and implementing a comprehensive eCommerce development strategic plan. To achieve this goal, a successful eCommerce Manager will be well-versed in current industrial eCommerce market requirements, including but not limited to conducting technology-based market research, identifying customer voice and preferences, and competitive analysis. This position works closely with cross-functional teams in Product Management, Market Management, Communications, Sales, Engineering, and Operations.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage, develop, update and enhance all product data and digital assets in the Company's internal Distributor Online (DOL) and Bearing Finder (Co.'s best in-class digital bearing catalog) databases.Lead initiatives that involve channel partner electronic data integration of the Company's Business to Business (B2B) e-commerce platform and our distributor data analytics Business to Customer platform (B2C).Manage Company's portfolio of digital assets and rich content to ensure product data accuracy and alignment between our distributor partner's transaction system and website by interfacing with sales, marketing, product management, operations, and engineeringManage Company's lead management tool to ensure all inbound customer leads are accurately qualified, processed and directed to the correct individual for follow-upMaintain external awareness and engagement of general product data requirements and best practicesResearching new technologies to optimize Company's current digital solutionsImplement building solutions across multiple digital channels to make them sustainable for the future, applying in-house standards and market best practices.Identify market requirements for current and future eCommerce platforms by conducting appropriate types of market and customer/consumer research; andCreate and monitor monthly operating metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing or managementMinimum 5-7 years managing eCommerce activity for an organizationBusiness-to-business marketing experience is preferred.Superior leadership and ability to lead cross-functional teamsExcellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent organizational and time management skills.Superior analytical and planning skills.Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail are requiredAbility to drive projects through to completionCompany offers a full range of comprehensive benefits, including choice of medical plans, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a cash matching 401(k) Plan, separate company contribution to your 401(k) retirement account, paid vacation, additional paid time off during the major holiday season, and eligibility for tuition reimbursement.
