Embedded Software Engineer

Embedded Software Engineer Location: Northbrook, IL 60062 -Standard 8-5 Onsite M-F with ability to work from home only as an exception. Their products need to remain onsite. Core hours are 9-3 and you can flex start and end time outside of that Salary 120K to 140K - depending on experience Key points: 4-8 years of overall experience working with 32-bit microcontrollers doing embedded software development using C/C on motion control systems though they use primarily C in this role. Also use Texas Instruments Code Composer Studio IDE but any sort if IDE like IAR, Image Craft etc. will work. This person will create API's to with TCP/IP protocols on an embedded platform so needs to be comfortable doing that. Should also have experience with serial communication protocols. Most likely will have an Electrical Engineering degree. Someone who is working with motors that use motion. Coming out of telecommunications companies or OEM companies for example.
