- Participate and contributor to the US Security Vision and Strategy for the Endpoint and Data Protection Security Domain, including technologies such as Anti-Malware, Data Loss Prevention, Disk Encryption, Application Whitelisting and Host-based Intrusion Detection.
- Understand the business model and ecosystem around Endpoint and Data Protection products and services.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Security Service Management to influence Enterprise roadmaps.
- Author and prioritize Service/Team Backlogs.
- Participate in team standups and help eliminate team blockers to getting work completed.
- Incorporate feedback from customers as input into quarterly and annual planning.
- Security Vison and Roadmap
- Perform and report on Security Service metrics and SLA/KPI.
- Collaborate with the appropriate Enterprise Security Service peers to adhere to the service transition timeline, SLA’s and associated effort as it relates the US Region needs.
- The Endpoint and Data Protection Consultant will be accountable for security services leveraging Enterprise Security Services or Third Parties to deliver the service.

- Collaborate with Enterprise Service Owners to ensure roadmaps include US Region initiatives.
- Maintain US Region Cyber Operations and Resilience Service Catalog.
- The US Region Endpoint and Data Protection Consultant will be accountable for some security services that are entirely supported by engineering resources within the US Region. Lead annual and quarterly planning events and participate in Team Sprint planning.
