Engineering Technician

Description:

The individual will work with the product development team to develop and test new products.

Major areas of focus are test validation and fabrication of prototypes, fixtures, and test stands.

If they are experienced or over time they will assist in product design, development, validation, and prototype production.

Will be responsible for operating, calibrating, and setup traditional test equipment.

Maintain test equipment and recommend improvements.

Conduct tests and calculates/collects data, writes, and submits test reports.

Inspect or test parts to determine the nature or cause of defects or malfunctions.

Skills:Mechanical Troubleshooting, Electrical Troubles, LABVIEWAdditional Skills & Qualifications:

Associate's degree in engineering or BSMET, BSEET OR 2+ years of experience and no education will work

Schooling or hands on experience should include basic product testing

Good electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
