Job Description
- Maintain order and safety among the clients in the therapy environment.
- Control and guide traffic in parking lot to ensure all clients are escorted to and from the clinic in a safe environment
- Communicate effectively with guardians and BYS staff as children arrive or is ready for pick up.
- Complete health screens for both clients and employees to ensure no sick parties are exposed to other individuals.
- Log Health Screenings of Staff and Employees while maintaining a high level of HIPAA compliance.
- Support daily cleaning procedures.
- Stock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Support clerical functions such as answering phones, shredding, filing, etc.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Other Duties and Special Projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to be on time, work effectively and efficiently with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Must be a quick learner and tech savvy.
- Ability to take direction and show initiative.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Work, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for a minimum of two hours.
- Uphold and maintain BYS core principles, policies, and procedures.
