Job Description and Responsibilities:Core ResponsibilitiesWork with Business Leads to define business problemsWork with Business Leads and SME’s to document business rules, business requirements, process flows, user stories and other project artifactsIdentify system gapsAssist QA team with development of test scenarios and expected resultsAssist with the development and validation of training materialsPrepare and help deliver business process workshops and design sessionsComplete activities and deliverables per project planHelp track completion of system gapsRecommend solutions to the business in the capacity of a trusted advisorUnderstand dependencies with other systems Core Skills for all BA RolesRequired:Strong ERP project experience and knowledge‘Strong ERP or large application project experience and knowledge’ otherwise it is fineAbility to lead meetings, including preparation, agenda, execution, notes, follow-upAbility to gather and document business, functional or data conversion requirementsExperience creating process flow diagrams using Visio Experience supporting development of test cases and training material3-7 years of experience as a BAExcellent oral and written skillsProficient in standard Microsoft Office tools Desirable:Fortune 500-1000 companies Wholesale Distribution industry experience
