Trainer IL/Remote Long Term Job Skills Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of Inventory principles and processes
- Proficient knowledge of Issue to Resolution/Field Service workflow principals and processes
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels English speaking and writing
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize, including task prioritization in a high-volume environment
- Ability to learn new technology applications quickly
- Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Customer service and detail-oriented patience and empathy is imperative
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree preferred
- Additional specialized training preferred
- Minimum of two years of previous, relevant experience in a training role is required
- Minimum of two years of experience with Field Service/Customer Service transactions in one or more large-scale ERP systems is required (D365 not required, but preferred)
