Duties and responsibilities
  • Advanced in computer Software (office, outlook, etc.) and iPhone (apps, digital organization, etc.)
  • Booking International travel and luxury accommodation (planning and supporting)
  • Proactive in finding solutions (confident in ability to produce a solution on your own)
  • Independent and self-managing (doesn’t need much direction or management)
  • Very well organized (schedules, presentations, explanations, appointments, etc.)
  • Flawless etiquette and communication skills, written and oral
  • Types reports, memos, creates presentations and other documents using word relevant computer software.
  • Answer phone calls and takes messages for Director of national accounts.
  • Read and analyze incoming emails and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution or add to your task list to be completed.
  • Submit all expense reports for Director of national accounts.
  • Manage Director of national accounts calendars, meetings and events.
  • Coordinate with the Director of National Accounts after any phone calls or meetings to review any tasks or meetings that need to be completed and scheduled.
  • Start all meetings (dial in and connect online) and take notes for Director of national accounts.
  • Generate Quotes for the Director of national accounts
  • Ensure the Director of national accounts client orders and information are entered into Salesforce accurately.
  • Manage client questions and expectations of what they need from the Director of national accounts.
  • Open communication with our warehouse, operations accounting and professional services departments to ensure the Director of national accounts orders are programmed, shipped, billed and meets client’s expectations.
  • Uphold working relationships with new and existing clients.
