About you:The Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) sets the pace for the skilled nursing facility.  You lead by example and you know first impressions matter.  People remember you, respect you and want to work with you.  You make an impact in your patent’s lives and you strive to make a difference. Your number one goal?  You will partner with us to revise clinical programming and marketing initiatives to focus on rebuilding census.This will involve interfacing with our union and representing the center at county board meetings.
