Synergize is the paid search arm of Saatchi & Saatchi and they are a hyper-focused agency dedicated to paid and organic search.​ Our goal is to drive auto intenders down the funnel quickly from awareness to purchase to retention.​ We achieve this with proven experience, first-to-market innovation, and class-leading support.

Review and manage the performance of Client SEM programs and plans

Schedule and execute both in-person and online meetings with day-to-day Client contacts and their teams

Serve as Client liaison to SEM execution team

Work with Saatchi & Saatchi team to understand overall Client campaigns and Media Strategies

Work with Regional Client on overall monthly and annual business goals and sales plans

Work with Director of Field Operations on presenting overall strategy and performance details to Regional Client staff

Share and present SEM performance details to internal staff

As the primary Client SEM contact, the Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the SEM program

Develop an understanding of the overall strategy, tactics and goals of SEM program

Become an internal and external ambassador for overall program effectiveness, success and performance

The Field Marketing Manager will be required to travel to their Client’s market, executing meetings and maintaining regular contact with key Client personnel

This position will also require the knowledge, either previous or learned, of the Client’s core business and overall category as a whole

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible, flexible and comfortable executing both one-on-one and Group meetings

The position requires the reviewing and analyzing of dashboard data, identifying trends and developing insights

The position also requires the management of Client budgets, identifying and vocalizing increase or decrease needs

Qualifications

4+ years of relevant experience

Automotive Dealer and client communication experience highly preferred

Understanding and experience with SEM is a highly preferred

Advertising Agency experience is highly preferred

Prior experience working with Digital Advertising is a must

An understanding of integrated communications (TV, Radio, Digital, Sponsorships, etc.) is also required in order to effectively understand the larger Account

Prior experience in retail advertising or automotive category is a plus, but not required

Presentation/Communication

Ability to effectively communicate strategy and performance details to Clients

Ability to effectively present in front of Groups

Excellent written communication skills

Exceptional meeting preparation

Adept ability to provide updates and share information to all reports

High degree of professionalism:

Strong focus on accuracy, attention-to-detail, and timeliness is a must

Must be able to respond well under pressure

Analytic & Strategic Skills:

Ability to analyze data and arrive at sound conclusions

Ability to develop focused, insightful strategies and to effectively/efficiently execute tactical plans

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills:

A keen ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to maintain productivity while working at a fast pace

Innate ability to organize logistics of core Client Group’s tasks and keep things on-track and on-time is essential

Computer Aptitude:

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must
